300 Gramms of Filet Mignon
A good steak sauce - as A1
Salt, Pepper
A fire or a grilling pan

Let the steak rest outside the fridge for an hour. It should not be cold. Sprinkle with a good salt and lots of crushed pepper. Fry on both sides on a grill frying pan or very close to the fire for about 3 minutes a side - don't move the steak so it becomes crusty. Put into the oven at 80° for about 40 Minutes. Serve with a steak sauce and a glass of good Bordeaux. Don't serve with anything else. Enjoy as much as I did.

2 parts Tomato Purée
1 part Strong English Mustard
1 part Dijon Mustard
1 part old Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 parts Sea-Salt
1 part Crushed Black Pepper
1 part Cognac
